WSU 4* QB Transfer Interested in Duke?

The Blue Devils are one of four schools being considered by newly announced Washington State transfer QB Tyler Bruggman, a former four star prospect from the class of 2012.

Duke is a potential destination for former Washington State quarterback Tyler Bruggman. This according to FOXSports.com's Bruce Feldman who reported that sources inform that Bruggman has been granted release to speak with the Blue Devils, along with Arkansas, Louisville, and Indiana.

The 6-1, 200-pounder was rated in the Scout Top 300 and among the top 25 quarterbacks as a high school senior. Bruggman earned All-State honors after guiding his team to an 11-3 record. He threw for 2,803 yards with 33 touchdowns and eight interceptions, while also running for four more scores. He also earned Division I Section III Offensive Player of the Year .

Should he choose to transfer to Durham, Bruggman would compete and factor into a 2015 depth chart featuring RS-Jr Thomas Sirk, RS-SO Parker Boehme RS-FR Nicodem Pierre, and then redshirting freshman Quentin Harris.
