2007 Season
After a disappointing injury plagued 2006 season, Baxter looks to come back to play in the 2007 season after tearing his patella tendons in both knees. No player has ever come back from such an injury.
Biography
Graduated from Baylor University with 202 tackles, 142 solo, 50 PBU (Which is a school career record), 6 interceptions and 6 TFL in 41 games. He was selected three times to the All-Big 12 team, and as a senior selected as a third team All-American, as well as given the Jim Thorpe award.
Attended Tyler High School in Texas where he was named Dallas Morning News, Houston Chronicle, San Antonio Express-News and Fort Worth Star-Telegram Texas Top 100 selection. He aspires to be a police officer or FBI agent following his playing career. |
