2007 Season
Butler enters the 2007 season in the mix for the starting right tackle spot after starting several games in 2006.
2006 Season
After being claimed off waivers by the Browns on September 3, Butler looked to add experienced depth to the Browns roster after starting all 16 games for the Lions in 2005. Butler entered into the starting lineup after Ryan Tucker unexpectedly left the team for personal reasons mid season. Butler played in 7 games, starting the last 5.
Biography
Butler earned an 80 percent or better blocking consistency in every career game at Purdue where he started every game at right offensive tackle.
A member of the city championship team at Union High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Earned All-American honors as a senior, and was also a two-time all-city and all-area selection. Kelly was born on July 24, 1982 in Grand Rapids Michigan. |
