Biography:

Corey Fuller was one of the most prominent signings of the 1999 free agent season. A second round pick of the Minnesota Vikings in 1995, Fuller is a spirited, fiery, outspoken player who quickly became a leader on the defense. He also proved a true team player, volunteering to move to free safety when injuries decimated the Browns defensive backfield during the 1999 season.

Fuller is not the most polished or accomplished cover guy in the league (Butch Davis' glowing assertions aside), but he knows how to be physical. He'll tie up receivers, lay the big hit, and generally throw around his 6'0" 205-pound frame. The physical play helps him make an impact on the field, but it also leads Fuller into plenty of trouble. The Florida State alum picks up more than his share of roughing flags, and gets more than his share of pass interference calls.
