Professional
Led the team in catches with 60 (single-season best) and yards with 822 (second-best ever) and finished second in average at 13.7 in 16 games played with 14 starts in 2000. The 60 receptions bested the 54 he had in New England in 1997 and the 822 yards are second only to the 841 he also had with the Patriots in the '97 season…Added a pair of 100-yard receiving games and scored two touchdowns…Started the season in high fashion in Falcons debut, setting a personal-best with 148 receiving yards in season-opening victory vs. San Francisco.
College
Three-year letterman at Central Florida who starred as a wide receiver and return specialist. Completed his collegiate career with 1,087 yards and 11 touchdowns on 67 receptions. Picked up an additional 26 yards of offense on six rushing attempts (4.3 avg.). Returned 39 kickoffs for 782 yards (20.1 avg.) but did not return any for touchdowns during his career. |
