Athletic defender who makes a lot of plays going forwards. Breaks down well, quick off the snap and effectively uses hand technique to protect himself. Fluid changing direction, slides laterally to make plays and effective in pursuit. Fast off the edge and rarely off his feet.

Undersized, lacks playing strength and controlled at the point by opposing tight ends. Rarely makes plays in space.
