Biography:

How Acquired: Drafted by the Patriots in the first round of the 2002 NFL draft (21st overall).

Pro Career:
(2002-Present) New England Patriots:
Primarily used a blocker in most formations for the Patriots, Graham has shown the ability to show up in the passing game. Perhaps his biggest moment came against the Atlanta Falcons 10/9/2005, when he hurdled a block by Stephen Neal on a screen pass, then rumbled down the sideline to score while being tackled by a group of Falcons defenders. Graham finished with a career-best 119 yards on 5 receptions and one touchdown.

Considered as one of the best blockers on the team by his teammates, Graham uses his physical strength to destroy would-be tacklers at the point of attack. On the Patriots trademark runs up the middle, Graham comes in motion from the end "wham block" the linebacker who fills the hole.

College: Colorado
Recipient of the John Mackey Award honoring the country’s top tight end. During his career he caught 106 receptions for 1,543 yards (14.6 avg.) and 11 touchdowns. 2001 (Senior): Earned the John Mackey Award ... Voted Unanimous All-American and All-Big 12 Conference first-team selection … 2000 (Junior): Earned honorable mention All-American from the Football News, and was a unanimous second-team All-Big 12 Conference choice. 1999 (Sophomore): Earned third-team All-Big 12 Conference honors from the league’s coaches, and second-team honors from the Kansas City Star ... 1998 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in every game, including a pair of starts at fullback.
