Biography:
Kyle Richardson UFA Bengals – He looked like he was going to be one of the better younger punters in the league earlier in his career but Richardson started to lose length and hang time on his punts and the Ravens eventually gave up on him after four seasons. After a short one-year stint with Minnesota, he spent 2003 with the Bengals. He spent the following season on injured reserve. He still will only be 32 when training camp start later this year so he may still have something left in the tank and there should be a few teams that are willing to bring him in for a look.
