2005: Signed as a free agent on 3/3/05.

New England Patriots (2001-present )
2004: Again started all sixteen games, primarily at left guard as Patriots won third Super Bowl in four years... Patriots runners gained over 200 yards twice during the season.
2003: Started a right guard all sixteen games, including 12-game winning streak at the end of season... Helped to hold Panthers without a sack in Super Bowl victory.
2002: Missed three games due to injury and started all 13 others... Started at both left and right guard for Patriots.
2001: Started every regular season and playoff game for the 2001 Super Bowl champs... Shifted to right guard from left guard... Integral part of offensive line that enabled a strong running game and protected QB Tom Brady well.
2000: Signed by Patriots on 9/7/00... Started 11 games at left guard... Injured against KC on 12/4 and was on IR for the rest of the season.

Green Bay Packers (1997-2000)
2000: Waived by the Packers on 8/27/00.
1999: Sprain of right medial collateral ligament wiped out about half the season... Started three games for the Packers at LG, appearing in five others as a backup.
1998: Played in NFL Europe (Scotland) and was named to the all-NFLE team... Played primarily on special teams, but did appear in back-up role at left guard... Started one game.
1997: Landed job as an undrafted free agent... Was inactive all sixteen weeks and playoffs... Did not play following first pre-season game due to torn medial collateral ligament.

Four year starter... played nearly every offensive line position... Named Division II first-team All-American... First team all-conference his senior year... Team Captain his senior year.
