BREAKING NEWS: The Cleveland Browns have released Corey Fuller, Dwayne Rudd, and Dave Wohlabaugh as they attempt to get under the salary cap. The team has made a number of other moves as well... developing...


The Cleveland Browns have released Dave Wohlabaugh, Dwayne Rudd, and Corey Fuller as they attempt to trim over $20 million from their 2003 salary cap. The three veterans join Jamir Miller, whose release appears to be inevitable.

The Browns have also tendered contracts to most of their restricted free agents. Aaron Shea, Shaun O'Hara and Alvin McKinley are among the team's restricted free agents who have gotten offers.

Running back Jamel White has been given an offer sheet at the $1.3 million level. This will allow White to negotiate with other teams, but the Browns would recieve a first round draft choice in exchange.
