The signings have broken down as expected, as the Browns sign their second-round pick after a flurry of negotiations, leaving only second-round pick WR Brian Robiskie left unsigned.

FIRST REPORT (3:40PM): John Taylor has been told by a source close to the situation that second-round draft pick Mohamed Massaquoi has signed a contract with the Browns. We have been told that there was a flurry of negotations following the signing of LB David Veikune. WR Brian Robiskie, long felt to be the most difficult contract the team would have to develop, is the only unsigned rookie remaining.

FOLLOW-UP (3:45 PM): According to Pro Football Talk, which generally gets these details correct, Massaquoi is getting a four-year contract that includes $1.863 in guaranteed money and a max value of $3.636 million.
