We have been told that there was a flurry of negotations following the signing of LB David Veikune. WR Brian Robiskie, long felt to be the most difficult contract the team would have to develop, is the only unsigned rookie remaining.
FOLLOW-UP (3:45 PM): According to Pro Football Talk, which generally gets these details correct, Massaquoi is getting a four-year contract that includes $1.863 in guaranteed money and a max value of $3.636 million.
