Quarterback heading south for surgery on injured finger, is facing up to ten weeks of rehab.

Here's is the Browns press release on the course quarterback Brady Quinn has decided to take with the injured index finger on his throwing hand:

MEDICAL UPDATE ON BROWNS QB BRADY QUINN

Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn has elected to have surgery on his right index finger. The surgery will be performed tomorrow in Alabama by hand specialist, Dr. Thomas Hunt. Quinn is expected to make a full recovery in the next six to 10 weeks.
