The Browns acquired Denver S Steve Cargile via waivers yesterday. The OBR is first with the story...

The Browns have acquired S Steve Cargile from the Denver Broncos on waivers. Cargile began his career in Dallas after signing with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent, and spent the last two years with the Broncos. He has primarily been a backup safety and a special teams contributor.

Cargile was waived by the Broncos on Monday after the team signed seven undrafted free agents.
