Haslam Releases Statement

FBI, IRS lock down Pilot Flying J company headquarters Monday. Browns owner Jimmy Haslam recently resumed his position as CEO of family's company.

Browns owner Jimmy Haslam released a statement that was posted on NFL.com earlier Monday night after his family's company, Pilot Flying J was locked down by the FBI and the IRS earlier Monday at the company's headquarters in West Knoxville, Tennessee.

"The FBI secured our headquarters today and informed us they are investigating Pilot Flying J," Haslam said in an email to the Knoxville News Sentinel that was posted on NFL.com. "We will cooperate appropriately with any and all external investigators and conduct our own. I believe and trust there has been no wrong doing. The integrity of our company always has been job No. 1."

Haslam re-signed as CEO of Pilot Flying J after buying the Browns in October 2012, but recently resumed the position of CEO at the company.
